1. Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") apply to the use of the website and platform of Praxium, operated by Digital Front, a company established in the Netherlands. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. We recommend that you read these Terms carefully before using our services.

2. Service Description

Praxium is a business-to-business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform specifically developed for physiotherapy practices in the Netherlands. The platform provides practice management tools, patient management, scheduling integrations, and website management. Praxium is not a medical service provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information on our website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Eligibility and Access

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our services are primarily aimed at physiotherapy practices and healthcare professionals in the Netherlands. By using the platform, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization.

4. Platform Usage

Physiotherapy practices subscribe to use the Praxium platform (B2B). Patients do not directly use the platform as subscribers. The platform provides, among other things, practice management tools, patient record management, integration with scheduling systems, and practice website management. The platform is available on an as-available basis and we strive for the highest possible uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Praxium platform, you are responsible for complying with the following rules:

  • You provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the platform.
  • You update your information promptly when it changes.
  • You do not use automated systems, scraping tools, or other means to collect data from the platform without permission.
  • You handle patient data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You do not misuse the platform and do not engage in activities that may disrupt the operation of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Praxium platform, including but not limited to the software, design, texts, images, logos, and other materials, belong to Digital Front (operator of Praxium) or its licensors. Physiotherapy practices retain ownership of their own data stored through the platform. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish the platform or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Digital Front.

7. Limitation of Liability

Praxium endeavors to keep the platform reliable and available, but cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available without interruption at all times. Praxium is not liable for damages resulting from unavailability or disruptions of the platform, the functioning of third-party services used by the platform (including Cal.eu for scheduling and Vercel for hosting), loss of data not attributable to intent or gross negligence on the part of Praxium, or indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. The liability of Praxium is in all cases limited to the amount that the relevant practice has paid in subscription fees in the preceding twelve months.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the use of the Praxium platform are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
